Mojito

Cool off this weekend with a refreshing Mojito made by Les Shanks at The Blue Parrot Cafe. This time-consuming beverage is carefully made with crushed fresh mint leaves, Bacardi rum, lime, sugar and a splash of soda water. On a hundred-degree day, it's worth the $6.50 and the 20-minute wait. They're available Thursday - Saturday nights after 6 p.m.

Oh -- and make sure to tell George or Steve that you really want Les to get that rolling cart he's been begging for so he can make them table-side.

Great that you are promoting alcoholism. You are such a neck, Ms. Mcullough.

Remember Gandhi who once said, "An empty wagon can make a lot of noise!"

Good job, Mccullough. First you promote smoking, and now you be's promoting alcoholism.

Why don't you just tell everyone to die? You're such a neck!

Sugar Ray, don't make me out you.

By the way, it's going to be hard to keep impersonating a redneck if you keep quoting Gandhi. :)

Amy,

Thank you for the nice review on our "Mojito" sensation...

I can see that you have alot of fans!

Keep up the good work.

P.S. Another drink that is cuban based and that we might give a try would be "Cuba Libre".

Maybe you can come and give us your review on it.

Best regards,
Blue Parrot Cafe
