Three Weeks = No Post

Whoa, it's been like three weeks since our last post here on the Dirt. No wonder we are averaging only 30 hits a day. I can't speak for Amy, but I have been a little tied up with school lately. I hope that I will be able to come up for air sometime soon and write a post or two (as if anyone would notice).

In the meantime I'll just post a link to an interesting piece the Clarion-Ledger did on Greenwood as part of their "7 Cities in 7 Days" tour of Mississippi. It is entitled, "Greenwood, Viking Bound Together." Make sure to view the video on the top right of the page and check out the photo gallery of pictures taken around Greenwood.

Thomas Jefferson, I am probably one the few hits each day. I browse all of the blogs daily I have saved under my favorites and, yes, yall are one of them. Your Mom said you were coming home soon. If you are home for Thanksgiving please come by. McLean and his family will be up for the weekend and the Trotter/Melton clan will take on the Swayze/Pillow clan in a mean game of croquet. Of course we are welcoming all family and stoppers by to join in the charade! AND if you are going to be here for the Christmas Parade you must join us then too. OH, by the way...we had to replace your basketball goal net. It rotted. BUT, we have fresh hope for new talent to emerge. After we give the backboard a good pressure washin' we will be in business. Hope to see you soon.
